In accordance with our Safeguarding policy and our Fraud Control Policy and Risk Management Plan details of your complaint may be shared with external organisations including relevant criminal judicial bodies as determined by the Safeguarding Manager, the Fraud Control Officer and/or the Managing Director.

  • Details and dates of suspected incident(s)
  • Details of the person(s) involved
  • Details of what happened, or what you suspect happened
  • How you found out about the incident and who else may be able to provide details about the incident
  • How long you have known about the incident
